Duplicate Runs

Currently, some iOS users may randomly notice duplicate copies of their logged activities within MY ASICS. This may happen when a user accidentally enters the same activity more than once or when you complete a single activity. At this time, we do not have an exact fix to prevent this from happening, but our developers are working hard on finding a patch. In the meantime, if you do notice this happening, please reach out to our support team before deleting any activities so we can successfully restore your data. 

If you have already lost your activities from deleting the duplicates, please provide some screenshots of your activities list and how they were logged, GPS or manually. This would be extremely helpful for our troubleshooting!
