Why Am I Only Offered 4 Running Days Per Week?

The new training programs have been developed by the ASICS Institute of Sport Science based in Kobe, Japan and are based upon sound research and a lot of miles run a large number of runners, ranging from novice to expert runners. The programs have been setup to achieve your goals in the most efficient way. Our research has found that a lot of runners simply do too much. We hope you will give these new training programs a serious try. Obviously the most important factor to realize is that you are the only true expert of you body. Always listen to your body.
