To connect to Twitter, click on the Activity tab, then Log a run → "Check the Twitter icon" → "Connect to Twitter". By doing this, you can share your run records from your training sessions on Twitter. 

Note: This is only available on iOS platform at the moment. You will also want to type up a message explaining your activity, if you want to share that information. My Asics does not post any sort of map or statistics based on your run.
