The MY ASICS training plans are currently focused on running and they will remain focused on running. However, we are considering the best way to account for other sports you might be participating in when creating the training plans.
Also, you can still include your other sports in your logbook, so that you gain an understanding of how your different activities influence each other! At the moment, you can indicate whether you did stretching, resistance or cross training, and you can always add notes about other sports. We intend to refine this further in future updates!
