Available Training Plans

My ASICS offers training plans for the following distances:

  • Full marathon
  • Half marathon
  • 10 mile
  • 10 kilometer
  • 5 mile
  • 5 kilometer

Right now, MY ASICS does not support training for ultra-marathons though we are considering including it as a future research topic. In the meantime, you'll be able to choose your training plan based off distance when you first create it.
