Logging Activities

MY ASICS offers two different ways to log your runs. You can either track it live on your mobile phone with GPS enabled or manually enter your workout after you've completed it on the MY ASICS website.

To track your runs with your GPS on iOS:

You'll want to have the Run tab selected on the bottom of the page. On the bottom of the map, you will see the blue play icon that says Tap to Start underneath it. As soon as you tap that, MY ASICS will automatically start pulling your location and track your run via GPS.

To enter your running information manually on iOS:

Choose Activity from the bottom of your screen. This will bring up your list of activities. You will then tap Log a Run at the top left hand corner of the screen. Tap Log a run manually if you would like to enter information from a recent run that was not tracked by your phone's GPS. You can also choose to Log a rest instead so you don't fall behind on your Training Plan. On the next screen you will fill in the date, distance, and time. The app will then automatically calculate your pace for you once you enter the required run information.
