Rest Days

We believe that resting days are important, so we have made it impossible to set a running plan with more than 4 days of training per week in MY ASICS. 

You can set your rest days whenever you choose during your MY ASICS plan, however, if you are having difficulty continuing with your current plan and need more rest days than expected, we recommend creating a new plan

    Hi!
    I was wondering if it's ok to do a low impact low energy workout, like yoga or mat Pilates, on rest days? Thanks for your answers
